In the beginning of the 2021 Delta achieved to compete and successfully win one his first project with a pharmaceutical veterinary company in Ontario, which distributes all his products in the North American market.
The project requirements were to establish and install a state-of-the-art sterile facility which satisfy all ISO 14644-1 standards.
The way to the success was thank to all our partners efforts one specially ACIC, a company based in Brantford operative in the machinery and API sector.
Thanks to this approach we could study the project and develop all the relative documentations and certifications required by the Canadian building’s standard.
We tested our Walkable false ceiling panels system load capacity to failure, procedure that isn’t required by EN.
Thanks to this test that has been carried out by our local partner CSI, we’ve reached the incredible dead load of 1100 kg/sqm.
We’ve successfully obtained all the fire certification as per ASTM requirements, and to be even closer to our customers we certified all your products as per ASTM E84 Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.
Admitting that all the last projects have been a huge challenge due to the Covid spreading worldwide situation, a part of these we manage to manufacture, delivery and complete the project in the time requested by the main contractor.
This is just a short story, but full of challenges we’ve accepted and completed successfully.
