DeltaDOORS 1 and a half leaf door
The 1 and a half leaf doors of the DeltaDOORS™ range were designed for indoor areas and controlled contamination environments such as cleanrooms, and are particularly suitable for small spaces.
Environments in which temperature, humidity and pressure are kept within strict parameters, and the contamination of particles that are potentially harmful to the activity that is being carried out inside must be avoided at all costs.
They feature:
- A 2 mm thick raw extruded aluminium frame
- The door cladding is available in: HPL, Aluminium and Steel
- The door insulation is available in: Polystyrene, Rockwool, Honeycomb
To ensure the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and functionality, the DeltaDOORS 1 and a half leaf doors are sealed with silicone.
The Delta2000 doors are specifically designed and built to be used in the following sectors: Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Chemical, Cosmetic and Food, without forgetting structural projects for hospitals.
All the doors of the DeltaDOORS range can be installed on DeltaWALL panels or mounted directly on existing walls.
From the very beginning, Delta2000 has carefully studied the design of doors, creating specific accessories, in order to perfectly integrate them into the main structure of the cleanroom achieving a fully functional environment.
The 1 and a half leaf doors have special magnets hidden in the frame. The strength of the magnets allows you to immediate open and close the door quickly and safely. This offers optimal easy access for all staff working in aseptic environments.
They are also equipped with transit grilles, accessories designed specifically to allow air flow in a room or between rooms within aseptic environments or cleanrooms. The grille frame is flush with the door to guarantee a smooth surface.
