Cleanroom HPL DeltaWALL™
High pressure laminate, also known as HPL, is produced through a process involving several pressurized and thermal phases.
High pressure laminate HPL PANEL
This particular HPL made by Delta2000, a company specialized in the design, production and installation of cleanrooms, is suitable for several sectors: Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Chemical, Cosmetic and Food.
Without forgetting structural projects for hospitals.
The high pressure laminated panels has between six and eight layers of Kraft paper, impregnated in thermosetting and compact resins.
It’s decoration with special decorative paper featuring a particular pattern or a solid colour.
The layers are compacted to create a highly durable surface. Dense, hard, durable, easy to clean and requiring little maintenance.
The use of thermosetting products, such as resin, allows the laminated panel to harden through the high temperatures to which it is subjected.
Thanks to its adaptable use, HPL DeltaWALL™ Polystyrene is the most commonly used panel both nationally and internationally.
The HPL DeltaWALLS™ Rockwool panel is used in the majority of project that require a high degree of heat resistance and superior thermal insulation, saving on the maintenance cost of the installation.
The HPL DeltaWALL™ HONEYCOMB (ex Doluflex) panel is the top of range among DELTA2000 products.
It’s used by the most prestigious pharmaceutical companies.
Layered HPL is a material mainly used for internal areas, subject to specific environmental conditions. It’s generally not recommended for external use.
Internally it is made with one or more layers of cellulose fibres, impregnated in phenolic resins.
On the other hand, the surface consists of one or more layers of cellulose fibres with an aesthetic function, impregnated with thermosetting resins.
The advantages of high pressure laminate:
- Customizable
- Resistant to bumps and scratches
- Available in a wide range of colours
- Available in a wide range of thicknesses
- Quick and easy maintenance
