This glass wall made of a double-glazed panel has the following features:
- Aluminium interior frame
- Right angles
- Dehydrated salts
- Double-glazed safety glass, 3 + 3 mm thick
The safety glass is installed on an external 55 mm H-extruded aluminium frame.
GLAZED DeltaWALL 55 glass walls have connectors between the double-glazed panel and the 2 mm retractable H profiles in raw aluminium, with 4 mm visual joints between the panels, sealed with silicone for a total thickness of 48 mm.
The double glazing is an insulating glazing made of two or more layers of glass, separated by an interspace of dehydrated air or gas, generally with a light metal frame around the perimeter, subjected to double sealing.
The composition and characteristics of the glass, which makes up an insulating glazing, can be different depending on the thermal and sound insulation you wish to achieve.
In the space between one glass and another there is usually dehydrated air or a noble gas, such as Argon or Krypton, which increases the thermal insulation power.
