In early 2021 Delta was able to compete and win its first project in ONTARIO CAN for a veterinary pharmaceutical company operating throughout North America.
The requirements were to build a contamination-controlled environment while maintaining the highest standards in terms of quality, with finishes that fully met all ISO 14644-1 requirements.
The success was due to joint efforts with our partners especially one above all: ACIC.
A company based in Brantford but operating throughout North America and beyond…active in the marketing of machinery for the pharmaceutical and API industries.
Through the approach we were able to study and develop the documentation and all the certifications required by Canadian building codes.
We tested our walkable ceiling system to failure, a procedure that is not required for EN certification.
Thanks to the test that was carried out in cooperation with our reference laboratory CSI, we achieved an amazing result in the industry, namely a static load of 1100kg/sqm.
Our walls have also been approved and certified as Class A according to ASTM E84 standards for classification of flammable surfaces.
Admitting that the year 2021 was a great challenge for us, as for the whole industry, we still managed to produce, ship and complete the project within the time frame required by the client.
This is our short history, but full of challenges accepted and successfully completed.
