Cabinets and benches for sterile environments
DeltaFURNITURES™, cabinets and benches for sterile environments, manufactured by Delta 2000, a company specializing in cleanroom design and cleanroom production and installation, are designed for use in contamination-controlled areas and are intended for use in multiple sectors: pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic, and food. Not forgetting the structured projects for the hospital sector.
Delta 2000 manufactures a wide variety of lockers and benches for cleanroom dressing areas to prevent cross-contamination.
DeltaFURNITURES lockers and benches are designed to place clothing, such as protective gowns and sterile footwear, used within aseptic environments.
The placement of clothing and socks inside them allows for the avoidance of problematic contamination, within sterile areas, which are key features of cleanroom design.

Cabinets for cleanrooms
Benches for cleanrooms
Delta 2000 cleanroom cabinets are assembled and milled by hand, edged by special machinery. They are made of durable HPL (high-pressure laminate) used for cleanrooms.
Side panels, top, bottom and cabinet shelves are made of fireproof material having a thickness of: 20 mm or 12 mm.
Benches designed by Delta 2000, a key part of cleanroom design, are of 2 types: “U” shape and “S” shape.
U-shaped benches can be used for sitting while “S” benches, in addition to their function as a seat and shelf, can also store already used socks on one side and untainted shoes on the other side.
