Modular cleanroom walls manufactured by Delta 2000 are designed specifically for controlled contamination environments. They are manufactured using extruded aluminum profiles for precise and robust assembly of components, ensuring maximum efficiency in clean room design.
The wall panel consists of:
A structured aluminum frame on all four sides
4 mm thick melamine plastic laminate sheets, 12/10 mm pre-painted aluminum, or 7/10 mm thick galvanized steel sheet
The insulation of modular cleanroom walls is adapted to specific design requirements, using materials such as polystyrene, mineral wool or aluminum honeycomb panels with corrugated sheet metal.

Due to its characteristics of resistance to most chemicals, it is ideal for contamination-controlled environments where cleaning operations involve weekly or daily Sanitation cycles.
