Cleanroom DeltaFLOOR™

Flooring for hospital aseptic room

Cleanroom floors produced by Delta 2000, a company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of cleanrooms, are designed for use in contamination-controlled areas and are intended for multiple sectors: pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic and food.
Not forgetting the projects structured for the hospital sector and in particular for the hospital aseptic room, where safety and cleanliness are paramount.

Delta 2000 designs base profiles for heterogeneous PVC flooring and epoxy flooring, used for clean rooms in aseptic environments, such as the hospital clean room.

Both types of floors are an excellent match for Delta 2000 modular wall panels.

Heterogeneous PVC flooring slips perfectly under the 2 mm gap of the modular wall panel for a complete flush finish.

For an elegant and complete finish, Delta 2000’s specially designed cover fits perfectly with the modular wall panel and epoxy floor.

PVC DeltaFLOOR™

Heterogeneous PVC flooring

DeltaFloor™ heterogeneous PVC flooring, manufactured by Delta 2000 for sterile environments, is designed for contamination-controlled areas in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic and food industries.

These floors, available in tiles or rolls, are strong and durable, ideal for high-traffic environments such as hospitals and pharmaceutical industries. In particular, they are perfectly suited for the hospital aseptic room.

They offer flush installation with modular cleanroom walls, thanks to seamless profiles and rounded corners.

Key features include antibacterial action, anti-static, non-slip surface, wear resistance, and water resistance, with ease of cleaning provided by a polyurethane surface treatment.

Epoxy Resin DeltaFLOOR™

Epoxy resin flooring

DeltaFloor™ epoxy resin floors, also from Delta 2000, are designed for contamination-controlled environments used in high-traffic areas such as pharmaceutical and hospital clean rooms, including the hospital aseptic room.

They provide smooth, durable surfaces capable of withstanding heavy loads, ensuring clean conditions for workers, equipment and materials.

These floors, applied in liquid form on flat surfaces, are easy to maintain, very durable and prevent infiltration of moisture and pollutants.

All cleanroom flooring solutions produced by Delta 2000 meet the most stringent requirements for volatile particle emissions, contributing exponentially to reducing the risk of contamination.

Profiles can be made to fit the floor provided by the project, choosing the most suitable material in line with the covering chosen for the hospital aseptic room or other industrial clean rooms.
