STEEL laminate panel clean rooms

These special STEEL Walkable DeltaCEILING galvanized steel sheet panels, made by Delta2000, a company specializing in cleanroom design, production and installation, are STEEL laminated cleanroom panels ideal for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic, food and hospital sectors.

The modular partition wall is made of extruded aluminum inner frame, insulated with aluminum honeycomb, polystyrene or rock wool, and coated externally with painted 7/10 galvanized steel.

Total thickness is 48 mm with cold-welded joints and extruded aluminum profiles for floor installation.

Polystyrene insulation for STEEL laminated panels is used in many areas and provides high performance.

The polystyrene-based panels of the DeltaCEILING system comply with standards such as UNI EN 13163 and are included among the STEEL laminated cleanroom panels for walls, floors, ceilings and pharmaceutical doors.

Key advantages include: high insulating capacity, stability over time, vapor permeability, and resistance to mold and bacteria.

Rock Wool Insulation

STEEL rock wool panel insulation is used in walls, floors, ceilings and pharmaceutical doors in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic, food and hospital sectors.

The advantages are:

  • Excellent sound-absorbing properties;
  • Superior fiberglass insulation;
  • Durability over time without deterioration;
  • Allows moisture to escape.


Rockwool’s STEEL DeltaCEILING™ modular walls include 2 mm insulated extruded aluminum frame, outer cladding of 48 mm total galvanized steel sheet, and vertical H-shaped bars. Again, installation involves siliconizing with mastic and fixing to the floor.

STEEL aluminum honeycomb panel insulation finds use in the same areas. Its main characteristics are:

STEEL DeltaCEILING™ Honeycomb walls feature the same structure with extruded aluminum frame and 48 mm galvanized sheet metal cladding, with H-profile mounting and siliconing to ensure aesthetic and functional performance.

DeltaCEILING modular galvanized steel sheet panels from Delta 2000, used in cleanroom production, can be used for:

  • Walls;
  • Ceilings;
  • Doors;
  • Flooring.


Each panel consists of two 7/10-thick galvanized iron sheets joined to a four-sided extruded aluminum frame.

Insulators such as self-extinguishing polystyrene (Euro class E), high-density rock wool or corrugated sheet metal can be inserted between the sheets.

These laminated STEEL cleanroom panels offer:

  • Fire and heat resistance;
  • High corrosion resistance;
  • Stiffness and lightness.

Cleanroom Design
