The WALKABLE DeltaCEILING aluminum modular cleanroom panel, made by Delta2000, a company specializing in the design, production and installation of cleanrooms, is intended for multiple sectors: pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic, food and hospital. These panels can be applied to walls, ceilings, doors and floors.
The two modular, 12/10-thick aluminum panels are assembled and attached to a four-sided extruded aluminum frame.
Depending on the design requirements, the insulation materials placed between the laminate sheets can be:
- High-density polystyrene (Euro class E);
- High-density mineral rock wool;
- Honeycomb aluminum.
The modular aluminum cleanroom panel is represented by six, up to eight layers of Kraft paper, impregnated with thermosetting resins, and compacted. The decoration is done through the use of a special decorative paper, characterized by a particular pattern, or a colorful dye.
The layers are compacted to create a high-strength surface. Dense, hard, durable, easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The use of thermosetting products, such as resin, allows the aluminum modular cleanroom panel to undergo the curing process due to the high temperatures to which it is subjected.

The modular aluminum white chamber panel made of sintered expanded polystyrene obtained from block, closed-cell isotropic with class E fire reaction, complies with UNI EN 13163 standards with CE marking and is particularly suitable for applications, where good mechanical strength is required.
