DeltaCEILING HPL Laminate

This particular HPL WALKABLE DeltaCeiling Laminate, made by Delta2000, a company specializing in the design, production and installation of clean rooms, is intended for multiple sectors: Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Chemical, Cosmetic and Food.

Not forgetting the structured projects for the hospital sector.

DeltaCEILING high-pressure HPL laminate board is represented by six to eight layers of Kraft paper, impregnated with thermosetting resins, and compacted.

The decoration is done through the use of a special decorative paper, characterized by a particular pattern, or a colorful dye.

The layers are compacted to create a high-strength surface. Dense, tough, durable, easy to clean, requiring little maintenance.

The use of thermosetting products, such as resin, allows the laminate panel to undergo the curing process due to the high temperatures to which it is subjected.

Insulating Polystyrene

Polystyrene insulators for HPL modular panels, are used for many applications and in various fields:

Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Chemical, Cosmetic and Food, not forgetting structured projects for the hospital sector.

Polystyrene insulation, is used for modular panels such as wall panels, floors, suspended ceilings and pharmaceutical doors.

Sintered expanded polystyrene panel obtained from block, closed-cell isotropic with reaction to fire class E, is in accordance with UNI EN 13163 standards with CE marking.

Especially suitable for applications, where good mechanical strength is required.

The advantages of polystyrene insulation for modular panels include:

DeltaCEILING™ Polystyrene HPL modulated panels consist of:

  • Inner frame made of raw, 2 mm thick extruded aluminum, insulated with polystyrene
  • 4mm HPL exterior cladding, with a total panel thickness of 48mm
  • Extrusion bar, made of H-shaped vertical aluminum (2 mm thick), used for panel mounting, allowing a maximum width of 4 mm between panels

To ensure the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and function, DeltaCEILING™ Polystyrene HPL modular walls are siliconized with silicone mastic and rough aluminum profiles anchored to existing floors.

Aluminumrock wool insulation, is used for modular panels such as wall panels, floors, suspended ceilings and pharmaceutical doors.

  • 4mm HPL exterior cladding, with a total panel thickness of 48mm
  • H-shaped vertical aluminum extrusion bar (2 mm thick) used for panel mounting, which allows for a maximum width of 4 mm between panels


To ensure the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and functionality, the Rockwool DeltaCEILING™ HPL modular walls are siliconized with silicone mastic and connected with the existing floors, using rough aluminum profiles.

Layered HPL

Features, uses and benefits for indoor environments

Layered HPL is a material that is mainly used for indoor environments subject to certain climatic conditions. In fact, it is not recommended for outdoor environments.

Internally it is made of one or more layers of cellulosic fibers, impregnated with phenolic resins.

At the surface level, however, it consists of one or more layers of cellulosic fibers with an aesthetic function, impregnated with thermosetting resins.
