Thanks to the relationships established over nearly 10 years of continuous cooperation, Delta2000 in collaboration with the company’s internal engineering department designed and built a two-level cleanroom having a flat area of nearly 1,500 square meters.
The LAMPO walkable wall and ceiling system was used in conjunction with the CLEAN glazed system, offering a successful solution for the construction of ISO 1000, ISO 10000, ISO 100000-class clean rooms within the pharmaceutical production plant.
Thanks to the use of the Delta2000 system, which allows the creation of pantograph Forometries (made in the factory) and the insertion of traces for the installation of switches, electrical outlets, and wall utilities, we were able to seamlessly integrate our products to the ventilation and electrical systems.
The installation work was carried out by Delta2000’s trusted personnel respecting the customer’s schedule. As a confirmation of the quality of the materials and solutions used, the pharmaceutical production areas in question have received FDA & GMP approvals.
