Walkable false ceilings clean rooms
Walkable cleanroom ceilings produced by Delta 2000, a company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of cleanrooms, are designed for use in contamination-controlled areas and are intended for use in a variety of sectors: pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic, food and hospital.
WALKABLE DeltaCEILING walkable cleanroom ceilings allow maintenance workers to safely access the top of the cleanroom during construction and maintenance of the structure.

HPL DeltaCEILING™
Because of their resistance to most chemicals, DeltaCEILING HPL cleanroom walkable ceilings are ideal for contamination-controlled environments where cleaning operations involve weekly or daily sanitizing cycles.
ALUMINIUM DeltaCEILING™
Aluminium DeltaCEILING walkable cleanroom ceilings are modular aluminum panels used in the construction of cleanrooms. They can be installed on walls, ceilings, doors, and floors.
STEEL DeltaCEILING™
Delta 2000 designs and manufactures walkable cleanroom ceilings, with aluminum frames concealed in the panels. They can be connected by special hangers and threaded galvanized steel rods, designed according to the pre-existing structure.
Walkable ceiling tiles consist of an aluminum inner frame filled with high-density rock wool, polystyrene or honeycomb insulation.
Delta 2000 makes two types of walkable ceilings:
- An outer panel of prepainted aluminum sheet: 1.2 mm (12/10) total panel thickness, with maximum dimensions of 1240 x 2990 mm for a 48-mm.
- One HPL sheet metal panel: 4 mm thick, for a 48 mm panel, total panel thickness, with maximum dimensions of 1286 x 3030 mm.
Delta 2000’s walkable cleanroom ceilings meet all architectural, industrial, medical, and pharmaceutical criteria and requirements for an excellent solution tailored to all companies that require their technical compartment to be accessible.
