HPL DeltaWALL Polystyrene

HPL DeltaWALL Polystyrene

Polystyrene insulation for HPL modular panels are used for various functions in a multitude of sectors:

Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Chemical, Cosmetic and Food, without forgetting the structural projects of hospitals.

Polystyrene insulation, is used for modular panels such as wall panels, floors, ceilings and pharmaceutical doors.

The sintered expanded polystyrene panel obtained from a block, with isotropic closed cell with class E reaction to fire, complies with UNI EN 13163 standards with CE marking.

Particularly suitable for applications where good mechanical strength is required.

The benefits of polystyrene insulation for modular panels include:

  • High insulation power
  • Stability over time
  • Water vapour permeability
  • Fire resistant
  • Mold and bacteria resistant

The HPL DeltaWALL™ Polystyrene modular walls are made of:

  • Internal frame in extruded raw aluminium, 2 mm thick, insulated with polystyrene
  • 4 mm HPL external coating with a total panel thickness of 48 mm
  • H-shaped vertical aluminium extrusion bar (2 mm thick), used for mounting the panels, which allows you to obtain a maximum width of 4 mm between the panels

To guarantee the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and functionality, the HPL DeltaWALL™ Polistirene, modular walls are fixed with silicone and raw aluminium profiles to the existing floor.
