In early 2022 Delta2000 is commissioned for a major project in Cali, Colombia, by a well-known pharmaceutical logistics hub.<\/h2>

<\/p>

The request from the client was to create acontamination- and condition-controlled area<\/strong> with temperatures between 15\u00b0 and 25\u00b0. That is, a sterile environment for the handling and distribution of health care products. <\/p>

This area is technically known as the pharmaceutical distribution room or weighing room.<\/strong> Spaces that require a very high level of attention and precision because it is there that the right material must be weighed, in the prescribed quantities, for the production of a certain type of drug. It is enough to think that a small mistake could cause catastrophic damage. <\/p>

In these areas of about 400 square meters , we built the locker rooms<\/strong> and compass entrance areas with interlocking doors<\/strong>, in compliance with current regulations.<\/p>

The duration of the entire project did not exceed 6 months of activity<\/strong>, with great satisfaction from the client. Great goal considering the workload but especially the coordination and organization: from the production, to the delivery of materials, to the numerous on-site checks to make sure the works were ready to be installed. <\/p>

The project in Colombia<\/strong> was quite a challenge, successfully completed, credit to the combined efforts by the entire Delta2000 sales<\/strong>, design<\/strong>, development<\/strong>, production<\/strong>, and installation<\/strong> team<\/strong>.<\/p>

The laminate walls<\/strong> provided to subdivide the areas will ensure that the rooms are perfectly sealed thanks to the sealed hook-and-loop system and will make cleaning operations easier and faster, resulting in significant savings in both maintenance and facility management costs.<\/strong> <\/p>
