Thanks to the relationship established in almost 10 years of continuous collaboration, Delta2000, together with the Hikma engineer department designed and manufactured a cleanroom on two levels with a plan surface of almost 1500 square meters.
The LAMPO wall systems and walkable suspended ceilings were integrated with the CLEAN glasses, representing an excellent solution to realize clear rooms in ISO 1000, ISO 10000, ISO 100000 classes for the pharmaceutical industry.
Thanks to the Delta2000 system, that allows installing electrical switches, wiring, panels and wall utilities, we have been able to perfectly integrate our products to the air and electric systems.
Installation was performed by staff trusted by Delta2000, in respect of our client plans.
Confirming the quality of the raw materials and of the chosen solutions, the area destined to pharmaceutical production received the FDA & GMP approval.
